We craft our pasta in-house using flour imported from Italy, bake our focaccia fresh daily, and keep our menu honest — no seed oils, no additives, just real food made with intention.
Inspired by La Dolce Vita (the sweet life) and grounded in John 10:10 — “He came to give us life and life abundant” — we celebrate living fully: savoring every moment, cherishing every bite, and sharing the table with others. Pasta Viva was born from a reunion 25 years in the making. A brother and sister, raised in a European home where food meant connection, celebration, and heritage, found their way back to each other as adults — ready to create something meaningful together.
Their shared passion for simple, honest, abundant living became the heart of Pasta Viva. Drawing from their European roots and inspired by the belief that life is sweeter when shared, they built a place where fresh-made pasta, clean ingredients, and joyful moments bring people together.
